[Desperation]

I sing and write lyrics and I am looking for band members, primarily someone to write songs with. Music can and should mean more than something to fill the background with, I want to make music that feels like it is worthwhile.
 
The music should have wit, sensuality, spite disgust, desperation, fury in it. All the good things that are missing from music now. It should always have an undercurrent of darkness and despair. Think dark romanticism, perviness, seediness, honesty, intelligence, claustrophobia, fear, aggression, abrasion, uneasiness, stark, sharp, brooding, unease, common tragedy, bitterness, regret, paranoia, doubt, hate, tense, fractured, melancholy, pop melody, hooks, rockers, a guitar band that people don’t realise is a guitar band.

Influences: Manic Street Preachers, Pulp, Suede, The Smiths, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Joy Division, real indie, proper punk, rock, pop, grunge, alternative, brit pop, glam, the best bits of the past 40 years.

Age range 18-30ish. Willing to practise. Willing to work. No musos.

hey mate im a songwriter and guitarist and keyboard/piano player,im 26 and av just split from last band due to a lack of ambition on their part,im into all sorts of styles but my main two would have to be nirvana and neil young,im no muso as im self taught and very ambitious with it,ive released singles and albums in past but none av realy come to much,if yer wanna know more just drop me an email and we will take it from there
